The Prayer in Rabbinic Literature Database was created to promote the study of Jewish liturgy and to enable researchers and students alike to investigate prayer-related rabbinic texts per various rubrics. This developing database enables retrieval of sources according to:

liturgical categories and settings, both statutory and spontaneous

the historical strata of rabbinic literature, according to specific book or according to person(s) named in a tradition

subject categories
As it develops, additional
sources will be added to the database and its subject categories will be
refined.
