What's all this about?

This is an interactive argument built out of pieces expressed by different people. It's called a Network Dialog. I want to enter an argument (in Hebrew LeHitvakeach) with you. I've presented a claim. You may agree, disagree, or think somewhat different from my views. You should think about what I said and make up your mind what you think on this subject. If your response happens to be in the text (or something similar), click that item. Then you'll get my reaction to that response. Now you do the same, decide what you want to say now and if it's there, you click it. You may go on with this process until you get to a point where you have an answer which does not appear in the text. Now you click the item which says "Type in your comments" (or something similar) and enter an e-mail mode where you can write everything you want to say, and you send it to me as e-mail. I'll read your message and if it's relevant, I'll add it to the present discussion in the right place. Then I'll add my reaction, and send it to you so we can go on arguing in e-mail (and adding branches to the network dialog). That's the idea.

Are these all the answers?

The respnses you see at present are not all the possible responses. In most cases, I put in such responses that I actually got from live people, in e-mail, or when I show them this discussion. Usually I put in also the name of the guy (or the girl), unless he (or she) asks me not to do it. The responses without names are usully common responses, which many people have expressed. There may be a few responses which I didn't have yet the time to put in.

May I go back and change my mind?

At any point in time you may change your mind and use the different  BACK  options, to choose another turn in the discussion. You may then present (in e-mail) another argument, different from the first one that you've expressed. I don't mind!

Are these the real names/answers of people?

Usually the names which appear in the dialog are names of real people, who responded by e-mail, or responded speaking while seeing this dialog. Some of the names, I suspect, are pseudonyms. They wrote down their names and their e-mail addresses but they did not reply to the message I've sent them. Some people, like Anonymous A, did not agree to their names appear here.

Why do you always have the last word?

Oh, No! I didn't mean it. I'm not trying to be smarter than every person who reacted to the claims made in this dialog. I sometimes admit that the other guy has proven me wrong. The reason that in many cases, you see my response as the last one in every branch of this dialog, is just because I make an effort to respond to every message, which comes out of this dialog. All the different branches in this dialog have not ended, so that you can always add your reaction to the my responses (and to the claims of the other people). Some branches have as the last word, the words of a third person, who reacted to the claim of the person who wrote his response to my claim. So it's not true that I have the last word. The last word is still to be said.
