Prof. Arieh  Zaritsky: Research Interests

Bacterial physiology: cell division, aging, chromosome and plasmids segregation, growth and morphogenesis.
Mosquito biocontrol: ecology and molecular biology.

Research Projects:

Relationship of chromosome segregation at division to growth and replication parameters, to bacterial cell shape and to the biosynthesis of cell envelopes.
Bacillus thuringiensis subsp. israelensis as a mosquito biocontrol agent.
